Whether or not you are able to donate blood requires further clarification. In many countries there is an increased risk of contracting infectious diseases. In order to minimise the risk of transmission for blood recipients, waiting periods must be observed depending on the country and infection. You can find more information in our
travel check or
contact us.
Have you had sexual contact with changing partners in the past 12 months or with a new partner in the last 4 months?
Certain behaviours increase the risk of transmitting dangerous infectious diseases. For the safety of blood recipients, such risk situations must be taken into account. You can find more detailed information in the blood donation questionnaire or
contact us.
